Pay Range

Graduate Executive Trainees (GET) who join NLCIL will receive one year of training. The GETs will be trained at this time. A monthly basic pay of INR.50,000/-, Dearness Allowance (currently 29.4% of basic pay), and Common Allowance (currently 35% of basic pay) would be paid. The pay scale and CTC will be as follows.

Graduate Executive Trainee – Grade E-2 – INR.50,000 – 1,60,000

After successfully completing the course, the students will be placed in the E-3 Grade, with a basic wage of INR. 60,000/- per month and a pay scale of INR. 60,000-1,80,000. In addition, they will be awarded Performance Related Pay on a yearly basis and will be eligible for Superannuation (30% of Basic Pay + DA).

  • General / EWS – 30 years 
  • OBC(NCL) – 33 years 
  • SC / ST – 35 years

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have passed the GATE 2022 Exam in the appropriate GATE code.
  • GATE – 2022 marks will be valid solely for this recruitment.
  • At the time of application registration, candidates must have completed the specified Educational Qualification from a recognised university.

Mechanical –  Part-time vs. full-time Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical & Production Engineering bachelor’s degree

Electrical (EEE) – Part-time vs. full-time Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Power Engineering bachelor’s degree

Civil – Part-time vs. full-time Civil Engineering/Civil & Structural Engineering bachelor’s degree

Mining – Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering (full-time or part-time).

Geology – Part-time vs. full-time M. Tech. Geology (or M. Sc. Geology) is a master’s degree in geology.

Control & Instrumentation – Part-time vs. full-time Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Instrumentation & Control Engineering/Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering are all bachelor’s degrees in instrumentation engineering.

Chemical – Part-time vs. full-time Chemical Engineering is a bachelor’s degree programme.

Computer – Part-time vs. full-time Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, computer engineering, or information technology (or) a full-time or part-time master’s degree in computer applications.

Industrial Engineering – Part-time vs. full-time Industrial Engineering as a bachelor’s degree or an engineering degree with Industrial Engineering as an elective subject.

For UR/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates, the minimum qualifying percentage of marks in the notified qualification is 60%, while for SC/ST students, it is 50%.
