Indian Army Recruitment 2022

Introduction

The Indian Army has recently released the recruitment notification for all NCC cadets who are interested in joining the Indian Army as Special Entry Category of Soldier Candidates. The Indian Army Recruitment Notification 2022 will be released after the declaration of the NCC Special Recruitment 2022 results. These special entry posts are open to both male and female cadets. Interested applicants should check out the eligibility criteria and other details mentioned below before applying online for the job through the official website of Indian Army or any authorized website from March 15, 2022 onwards.

Maximum age – 25 years (as on 01 July 2022)

Educational Qualification

For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders

Qualification in terms of education Degree from a recognised university or equivalent, with an overall average of at least 50%, taking all years’ grades into account. Students in their final year of study are also eligible to apply if they have received a minimum of 50% aggregate in the first two/three years of a three/four-year degree programme, respectively. If selected in the interview, such candidates must get an overall aggregate of at least 50% in their degree programme, failing which their candidature would be CANCELLED.

NCC is a service organisation. Should have spent at least two/three years in the NCC’s Senior Division/Wg (as applicable).

Grading. Should have received a minimum of a ‘B’ in the NCC’s ‘C’ Certificate Exam. Applicants who do not have an NCC ‘C’ Certificate at the time of application will not be considered for the course.

Note 1: For the Degree Course’s Qualified Graduate Candidates.

Candidates who have completed a bachelor’s degree course must submit their provisional/degree certificate to the Directorate General of Recruiting by October 1, 2022, otherwise their candidature will be terminated.

Note 2: For candidates in their last year of a degree programme.

Candidates in their last year of graduation who do not yet have a provisional or degree certificate must provide proof of completing the graduating degree exam, as well as marksheets for all semesters, to the Directorate General of Recruiting by October 1, 2022, otherwise their candidature would be terminated. Those who fail to provide their degree certificate/provisional degree certificate by the deadline will be inducted on an Additional Bond Basis only if proof of completing the exam is provided.specified date will be inducted on an Additional Bond Basis only if proof of passing the graduation degree exam is submitted to the Directorate General of Recruiting by the above specified date, along with marksheets for all semesters.

Note 3: All final year candidates whose final year/final semester exam is scheduled after october 1, 2022 are ineligible to apply for this course.

Note 4: Candidates who have not yet passed their graduation degree test are only eligible if they are in their final year of study. Candidates who have not yet passed their final year degree examination yet are allowed to sit the SSB should be informed that this is a one-time exception. They must submit proof of passing the Graduation Degree Examination, as well as all marksheets from the Graduation Degree Examination, by the above-mentioned deadline; no requests for extensions will be considered on the basis of late conduct of the basic qualifying University Examination, delay in the announcement of results, or any other reason.

Eligibility Criterias For Wards of Battle Casualties of Indian Army Personnel

Criteria for Eligibility Wards of Battle Casualties slots are available to wards (unmarried sons and daughters, including lawfully adopted) of Battle Casualties who meet the following criteria:

  1. In the heat of battle, he was killed.
  2. Wounds or injuries caused death (Other than self-inflicted).
  3. Injured or Wounded (Other than self-inflicted).
  4. He’s gone missing, and it’s assumed he’s dead.

Qualification in terms of education A degree from a recognised university or equivalent, with an overall average of at least 50%, taking all years’ grades into consideration.

Wards of Battle Casualties do not require an NCC ‘C’ certificate.
