Educational Qualification

1.Associate Chief Operating Officer – Management Information Systems –

Master’s degree in telecommunications, engineering, or computer science from a reputable institution is required (Tier 1).

Experience:

Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in ICT/Digital Platform project design and implementation, as well as vendor management, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

MIS and Decision Support System Implementation Experience

2. Skills & Jobs Associate Chief Operating Officer –

Master’s degree in business management, agribusiness management, or business administration (finance) from a reputable institution is required (Tier 1)

(12 years or more of experience)

Experience coordinating and monitoring the implementation of a project with a scope of more than ten districts;

Experience managing skill development projects, such as NSDC or comparable organisations, ILFS L&T, and other similar organisations.

3. Enterprise Promotion Deputy Chief Operating Officer –

Master’s degree in business administration or agribusiness administration from a reputable institution is required (Preferably Tier 1)

Extensive experience (8+ years)

Experience in the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of a project with a scope that extends beyond three districts;

Incubation centres, business advising services, enterprise growth, and data-driven planning experience

4. Business Innovations Deputy Chief Operating Officer –

Master’s degree from a reputable institution in any discipline, particularly Business Management/Agribusiness Management/Economics/Rural Management (preferably Tier 1)

(At least 8 years of experience)

Experience in the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of a project with a scope that extends beyond three districts

5. EDP & Partnership Deputy Chief Operating Officer –

Master’s degree from a reputable institution in any discipline, particularly Business Management/Agribusiness Management/Economics/Rural Management (preferably Tier 1)

Extensive experience (8+ years)

Collaborating with government agencies and commercial businesses to bring together existing skill-development programmes.

Experience with project implementation, coordination, and monitoring that spans more than three districts

6. Deputy Chief Operating Officer for the Environment and Social Management Framework (ESMF) –

Master’s degree in Development Studies, Sociology, or a related field from a reputable institution is preferred (preferably Tier 1)

Extensive experience (8+ years)

Experience coordinating and monitoring the implementation of a project with a scope that extends beyond three districts;

Experience with Social Safeguards Systems in Multilateral Funded Projects (World Bank, UN, IFAD, etc.)

7.Young Professionals -Educational Background:

MBA, rural management, business management, entrepreneurial development, social work, agriculture, automation, engineering, marketing, finance, and human resources (preferably Tier 1)

Dedication and enthusiasm for development-related tasks.

Have excellent academic qualifications.

Demonstrate a high level of client engagement.

8. Enterprise Development Executive Officer –

(6+ years of experience) educational qualification

Master’s degree in business administration, agribusiness administration, or rural administration

Experience:

Project management experience at the district level

Agribusiness development knowledge and experience; value-chain linked business; business growth; enterprise development; start-ups

9. Enterprise Financing Executive Officer –

Master’s degree is required for this position.

Extensive experience (8+ years)

Project management experience at the district level

Experience in providing institutional financing to producers’ cooperatives, micro-small businesses, and start-ups;

Previous experience liaising with financial institutions is a plus.

10. Executive Officer-Skills and Jobs –

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree

Experience:

8+ years of experience with Master’s degree Experience of managing a district level Project

11. Leader of the Block Team –

Master’s degree is required for this position.

Experience:

At least 6 years of experience (preferably in rural enterprise promotion).

Block-level project implementation and monitoring experience;

Prior experience identifying adolescents for skill-building projects

Knowledge of community-based skill development projects such as community skill schools, farmers field schools, and other similar initiatives

14. Accounts Project Manager –

Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance/ICWA or a related field is required.

4+ years of experience is required.

Project management experience at the block level

Familiarity with financial management systems and fiduciary responsibilities;

Familiarity with public finance and auditing

15.Enterprise Finance Professionals –

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (ICWA) or a related field is required.

Experience:

Priority sector lending experience of at least four years (or),

At least 4 years of experience in MSME lending with credit appraisal competence is required.

Worked on MSME project appraisals with a focus on micro-enterprise finance (non-collateral) that included financial, technical, economic, and risk assessments.

Must have extensive experience with banking operations in the priority sector and MSME loans.
