Educational Qualifications :

Village Administrative Officer — Must have completed the S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent and be eligible for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies (or) College Courses of Studies

Junior Assistant (Non – Security), Junior Assistant (Security) — Must have passed the S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent to be eligible for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or College Courses of Studies.

Typist –

I. Must have a minimum general educational qualification, such as having passed the S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent, with eligibility for entrance to Higher Secondary or College Courses of Studies.

II. Must have passed the Typewriting Technical Technique applied by the Government:

I by Tamil and English Higher/Senior Grades (or)

ii) by Tamil Higher/ Senior Grade and English Lower/ Junior Grade (or)

iii) in English, by Higher/Senior Grade and in Tamil, by Lower/Junior Grade.

Note:

Procedure for Typist Selection

a) Those possessing the technical qualifications listed in item I will be chosen first.

b) In the event that candidates with the technical qualifications listed in item I are not available, applicants with the technical qualifications listed in item (ii) will be selected.

Steno-Typist(Grade- III) & Steno-Typist (Grade–III) –

I. Must have a minimum general educational qualification, such as having passed the S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent, with eligibility for entrance to Higher Secondary or College Courses of Studies.

II. Must have passed both the Typewriting and Shorthand portions of the Government Technical Examination:

i) by Higher / Senior Grade in English and Tamil (or)

ii) by Senior / Higher Grade in Tamil and Lower/Junior Grade in English (or)

iii) by Senior / Higher Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.

Store Keeper In Tamizhagam Guest House –

1. I. Must have a minimum general educational qualification, such as having passed the S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent, with eligibility for entrance to Higher Secondary or College Courses of Studies.
2. Experience in the maintenance of store accounts for a period of not less than 2 years.

Salary details

1. Village Administrative Officer, Bill Collector Grade-I & Typist ,Junior Assistant – Rs.19,500 – 71,900/-

2. Steno-Typist(Grade–III) – Rs.20,600 – 75,900/-

3. Store Keeper – Rs.18,500 – 68,000/-

4. Bill Collector in TUHDB – Rs.16,600 – 60,800/-
